Environmental Policy
Blakeney Guest House recognise their responsibility that their activities, products and services have on the environment. Listed below are the ways we reduce the impact on the environment.
We make sure that lights are switched off when not in use as this saves our electricity consumption.
PLEASE SWITCH OFF LIGHT WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR ROOM.
We recycle paper, glass, aluminium and cardboard by using the local council weekly collection service..
Where possible we ensure that suppliers understand our environmental policy, and encourage them to develop responsible behaviour with regard to the environment.
We regularly assess processes and achievement in environmental practices.
Towel policy; if you require your towels to be changed please leave them on the floor. Any towels left on the rail will not be changed.
Access Statement
- Entrance to building is by a level tarmac drive with 2 steps into house.
- Level access into hall where the ground floor is level throughout.
- Two ground floor en-suite rooms available, but not suitable for wheelchairs.
- Remainder of bedrooms are on the first floor which is accessed by a flight of stairs.
- All rooms have cordless kettles and remote control TV’s.
- Assistance dogs welcome.
- Large print menus are available on request.
- We can cater for most dietary needs if advised at the time of booking.
- Blakeney Guest House operates a strict ‘No Smoking Policy’
